SUJEET
MANAGING PARTNER
With experience spanning over 3 decades in industrial automation and a passion for innovative automation solutions, Sujeet has advised numerous companies on strategy, due diligence, and business development to drive growth and increase enterprise value. He is a strategic leader, entrepreneur, and board member with a deep perspective on industrial technology, market trends, and technical innovation. From 2005 to his retirement in 2021, he served as the SVP and CTO at Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and software. His leadership at Rockwell was instrumental in transforming the company into a technology company and driving business growth through innovative product platforms, a world-class partner ecosystem, and engineering best practices.
He serves on the Boards of three public companies – Flowserve (FLS), Proto Labs (PRLB), and Veeco (VECO).
His relentless focus on making a difference for industrial companies by helping them achieve greater productivity and sustainability earned him numerous recognitions, such as the Society of Manufacturing Engineers’ prestigious Eugene Merchant Medal, top 100 Industrial IoT Influencers, and 30 Visionaries of the World in Advanced Manufacturing.
Sujeet earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in electrical and computer engineering and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.

NEIL
MANAGING PARTNER
Neil has extensive experience in the intersection of technology and finance. Amongst other experience in software, he enjoys data mining and applying the latest AI methods to business problems.
Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated complex challenges, leading major initiatives in the deployment and maintenance of sophisticated trading systems for FX and fixed income markets. From his early days as a senior engineer at a prominent financial technology company, Neil focused on solving difficult engineering problems and working closely with customers, including large banks and trading institutions.
In addition to his technology-focused endeavors, Neil co-founded and led a successful real estate development company. His entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision were key to the company's growth and success.
Neil is actively involved as a board member of Entrepreneur's Organization (EO) Austin. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.

PAULA
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING EXPERT
Paula is an accomplished engineer and researcher with a strong focus on Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Production techniques. Over the course of her career, she has developed a deep expertise in design and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes.
Paula currently serves as an Additive Manufacturing Engineer at Cumberland Additive, Inc., where she plays a pivotal role in optimizing and advancing the company’s manufacturing capabilities. Her work has spanned across various stages of the manufacturing process, from part evaluation, material/platform selection, and testing to process improvement and implementation.
Prior to her industry role, Paula focused on developing computational and experimental methods to improve the accuracy of Additive Manufacturing processes at Penn State. Her research has contributed to advancements in powder bed-based Additive Manufacturing technologies and has been recognized through publications in esteemed journals.
Paula’s early career experience includes internships at industry-leading companies such as ExOne, EOS, and BMW, where she gained hands-on experience in the development and testing of 3D printing technologies and process monitoring.
Paula holds a Master’s degree in Additive Manufacturing and Design from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech University.
